Madison, AL – July 3, 2024 – Mesa is proud to announce the promotion of Gary Cousins to Vice President of Power Generation for the South Region. Mr. Cousins will be responsible for overseeing the operations for generation projects in the southeast and southwest regions. In this role, Gary will have overall management responsibility for the execution of multi-discipline projects for gas, hydro and coal facilities.
Gary has been with Mesa for almost 28 years, serving as Director and Associate Vice President for the south region of the Power Generation business unit. Through Gary’s leadership this region has shown steady revenue growth by developing a strong client base with high customer satisfaction.

Gary has over 40 years of experience in the engineering services market where he has worked in the nuclear, fossil fuel and hydro generation sectors of power generation. Those years of experience provide him with a considerable knowledge in the successful execution of a wide variety of projects.
