A large Midwest Utility contracted Mesa’s PMO Team to provide enhanced and increased field engineering quality and accountability on all engineered projects, as well as providing an understanding of the work readiness goals across the company. Age & Condition engineering activities were a pressing need for the project, and Mesa’s Team was able to meet the deadline given. Meeting with 20+ stakeholders allowed for the assessment of additional challenges and the identification of areas of improvement throughout the engineering project lifecycle. Collaboration with the stakeholders and the Mesa Team provided process documentation and implementation for the project.
